Ca souffle pas trop la Sicile, pis y'a des jolies filles, ...
Plus serieusement, ce serait cool si vous veniez !

Voila qui devrait eclaircir la situation ... j'ai pas traduit, on a recu ca ce matin tel quel :
2. Mediafee:
The regulation concerning a mediafee like discribed in the application form
for starting-licence are the same like last year. So teams with technical
supporters or small sponsors should contact the Skiff Pro Tour organisation to
clarify their situation and then there will be no mediafee.
In general:
The concept of the tour is to support the drivers as much as possible and to
provide the support for the teams (like free accommodation, dinners, media,
free entry, sometimes free ferry/fee transport ....).
For this big team-sponsor has to give something to the Tour (like they all
did and will do again) to make the support of the Tour as described above for
the not-sponsored teams possible - without the this the Tour would not be
able run like now.
Also it would not be fair to the not sponsored teams (and generally it would
not work), if a big team-sponsor gets everything for free at the Tour,
profits also from the participation of the not sponsored teams and gives nothing
back. If the Tour would give everything free to big team-sponsors sooner or
later the tour will have to cancel all the support to the drivers due to
running out of money.
So all team-sponsors have to give something back to the tour, like discribed
and handled already in the starting-permission of the passed Skiff Pro
Tours. To clarify this we propose that teams, who like to run a team-sponsor-ship
should contact us.
General - to run a team-sponsor there are two possibilities:
1.
- the team-sponsor has enough money, he pays the mediafee and that´s it (he
is free to race).
2. in case:
- the sponsors budget is to small to pay the mediafee
- the sponsor has other needs like media-dates, documentation, etc.
- the sponsor needs professional photos, presswork,...
- the sponsors support is just in goods
....then the team should contact the Skiff Pro Tour organisation to clarify
the kind of sponsoring. The Tour and their partners will provide a free
consulting in terms of sponsoring. In case the sponsor will be contacted together
with the team to check, whether there is a possibility to offer the sponsor
more service.
The mediafee will not be valid and we will look, what the sponsor can give
on top to the Tour and what will be the best for everybody.
This is a system which runs smoothly in the last years. All the
team-sponsors in the Tour act like this and it works very suggsessful for the sponsors an
with this it will be also suggsessful for the team.
But I guess the most of you know this system already – maybe some forgot or
don´t understood right.
