Calendrier 2008 - Skiffbenelux was created by nondutch
Salut
nous nous permettons de déclencher le débat du calendrier 2008 assez tôt
ci-dessous un premier jet des dates et évènements qu'on va pousser via SKIFFBENELUX.COM
rien n'est finalisé, vos commentaires constructives sont bienvenus
on voudrait fixer les dates assez tôt afin de savoir quel trous d'agenda sont encore dispo pour caler une ou deux nouvelles régates (Maaseik et Moehnesee (ou ailleurs en NRW/Allemagne)
et puis je pense qua cela peut aider pour avoir plus de canots (notamment la flotte 29er NED fixera son programme 2008 très bientôt)
on veut tous naviguer en tutu .... n'est-ce pas ?

it is about time to start discussing next season's event calendar
below a first rough cut, your comments are most welcome
Feb 9-17th Boat show Ghent : we try to organize a skiff stand
March 22-23-24 (Paques/Easter wknd) : France Open Skiff (FOS) - Lac du Der
the season's opener is a bit early this year ... but don't worry, the swiss bring gluhwein - 50+ boats expected - beautiful venue, lots to do for family
April : Kemnade Schotstek regatta (D) - probably 21/22 April ; date tbc in November
April/May : Limburg Skiff regatta - Maaseik/Ophoven still waiting for a final answer from the club, but we have good hope to get our own separate event at this very centrally located venue on the B/NL border
May 1-2-3-4 (Ascension/hemelvaart) we keep this weekend free for the swiss skiffers to invite us to their wonderfull lakes ....
May 10-11 (Pentecote/Whit Sunday/Pinksteren) : Spakenburg Skiff regatta (NL) - Huud's homebase, always offering a very warm welcome
June 28/29 : Belgian Open Skiff (BOS)
at Plate Taille (Eau d'Heure) : 3rd edition coincides with the local water festival like 2 years ago ; we will have the press around, fireworks in the evening ; a relaxed event just after exams
BOS is also the official 29er and 49er Belgian Championship !
July : last week usually Travemuender Woche, RS Eurocup, and many other Eurocups
28th July-1st Aug = EuroSkiff in La Rochelle
August : we keep the two last weekends (23/34 and 30/31) of August free for a second regatta in NRW-Germany ; joint regatta with 29ers at the Moehnesee ??
September : 6/7 Carnac (F) to be confirmed
September 27/28 : Open Dutch Skiff Trophy (ODST) - Bruinisse
+60 boats expected - a lovely stretch of water where the wind rarely fails - class starts for 29er/Feva/49er and skiffs on 2 separate courses
November : Hourtin (F) around 8/9 nov ?? - to be confirmed
