Julian has recently been commissioned to design a C Class Libera to sail in Germany. These are lightish wind boats (they have keels and self right) that have very few restrictions. At 8.7m with 4 on trapeze on wings, Julian's design was clocked at 17.5kts upwind in 8kts of breeze.....
